6.2 Lighting conditions, weather, locations, venue restrictions, and subject cooperation may affect the final outcome and do not constitute grounds for complaint.

7. Delivery and File Management

7.1 Delivered photographs may be provided digitally or physically, depending on the agreed service.

7.2 RAW files are not delivered unless explicitly agreed in writing.

7.3 The studio retains delivered files for a limited period and does not guarantee long-term archiving beyond that period.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to agreed locations, obtaining necessary permissions or permits, and informing participants of the photography process. SKULMEITS Photography Studio is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by third parties, venues, or external conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 SKULMEITS Photography Studio shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services.

9.2 Liability is limited to cases of proven gross negligence or intent, as defined by Greek law.

9.3 The studio is not responsible for data loss due to technical failures beyond reasonable control.
